Session Topic: 2025 Employee Wellbeing Trends

Discover the top 5 wellbeing trends shaping 2025 and learn how to design a sustainable strategy that supports total worker wellbeing. This session will also explore emerging fringe benefits that employees and employers are eager to embrace for a healthier, more engaged workforce.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Wellbeing Trends: Learn which initiatives employers are expanding and which they are moving away from.
  • Building a Wellbeing Strategy: Discover best practices for designing, engaging, and incentivizing effective wellbeing programs.
  • Looking Ahead: Gain insight into the fringe benefits and resources employee will prioritize in 2025 and beyond.


Speakers: Leslie Sheffield, CWWS, HUB International

Leslie Sheffield is a wellbeing champion with a focus on health equity and holistic wellbeing for all. In her current role at HUB International she serves as the Health and Performance consultant for the Gulf South Region. In this role she can assist clients to align business goals with the increase of total worker health and engagement. Through strategic planning, program design and organizational assessments, clients are thrilled with how thoughtful and intentional their wellbeing programs encompass the needs of their workforce.

In her free time Leslie works with local communities to enrich members with resources to help address health concerns from mental health related issues to maternity care for the underserved by hosting events to advocate for more affordable and attainable healthcare services. This work is a passion of Leslie’s and she is constantly making connections with local businesses, community members, and leaders to help ensure everyone has access to holistic affordable health and wellness care.

Leslie holds a Bachelor’s of Education in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. She has certifications in Mental Health First Aid, a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, an American College of Exercise Health Coach (ACE CHC) and American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP).
