This presentation offers a comprehensive overview of the legal professional liability policy, including the types of risks it covers and recent claims data specific to Louisiana firms. It will also explore how premiums are determined and the various factors that can influence them. As cyber liability claims continue to rise, we’ll examine how these incidents may be addressed within a professional liability policy and why a stand-alone cyber liability policy is often a more effective solution. In addition to professional liability coverage, this presentation will also examine best practices for conflicts checks and proactive loss prevention.
