Session Topic:

Authentic Leadership: Highly Effective Superpowers to Reach New Heights

Do you sometimes feel as though you are not getting the right results from your team through your leadership efforts, creativity, or ideas? Are you struggling with how to increase engagement of constituents and how to avoid your own burnout? Are you discouraged by the constant change we are experiencing in people, culture, the multi-generational workforce, accelerated game-changing technology, work expectations and performance matters? In this session, we will explore how you can elevate your leadership effectiveness and your own job or role satisfaction through the lens of authentic leadership. Additionally, we will identify and discuss factors that drive engagement for those you lead and for your leadership role in ALA. Don't miss this opportunity to level-up your leadership toolbox to take on today's challenges!
