Richard has two decades of accounting, tax, and consulting experience. He provides management and financial advisory services for clients, and he helps with strategic tax planning.

Valerie is a Partner at Wegmann Dazet, where her career in public accounting has spanned a variety of industries, including non-profits, charter schools, offshore oil & gas service companies, retail and wholesale businesses, construction firms (general and subcontractors), and equipment rental companies. 

Valerie’s 20 years of experience in audit and accounting, includes:

  • Internal control audits, analysis, and process development
  • Pension, ERISA, and 401(k) audits
  • Designing and organizing clients’ internal accounting departments
