Bennett Davis has been active in the greater New Orleans commercial real estate industry since 1981 specializing in office leasing.  He has represented office building owners and tenants and completed some of the largest office leases in the city.  Most recently he was the leasing director at Place St. Charles from 1995-2024.  Since 2025, he has acted as the leasing liaison between Corporate Realty and the owners of Place St. Charles.  Additionally he has expanded his portfolio of tenant representation assignments such as Tulane University among others.  He holds an undergraduate degree and law degree from Tulane.  He is a proud husband and father of two fantastic people.
