Born on the bayou and raised with strong Louisiana values, Madeline Browning has built a career defined by leadership, service, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

After earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University, Madeline moved to New Orleans and began a professional journey spanning both the medical and financial industries. Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience in areas ranging from revenue cycle management to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, steadily advancing through leadership roles and ultimately achieving the position of Chief Financial Officer.

While she found success in corporate finance, she discovered her passion as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones.  Madeline is known for her professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, giving her the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and provide thoughtful recommendations to help individuals and families navigate important financial decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Madeline is a devoted wife and mother of two. And if you think she looks familiar, you may already know her twin sister, Margaret.

Natalie graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Natalie has worked in the Financial industry for over a decade starting her career as a Financial Auditor at the Legislative Auditors Office to now working as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) at Retirement Strategies Group (RSG).

As an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), Natalie holds the prestigious Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification.  She is also the co-chair of the Women in Pension Network (WIPN)

Her hands-on retirement plan administration experience has enabled her to best assist financial advisors in delivering customized retirement plan solutions for employers and their employees.
