Objective: To provide Administrators and HR professionals working in Law Firms hands-on tools and tips to prevent and correct sexual harassment under the Faragher/ Ellerth Supreme Court standards

• Establishing respectful workplaces as the first line of prevention against sexual harassment;
• Defining prohibited forms of sexual harassment and the legal definitions of sexual harassment;
• Drafting effective sexual harassment policies;
• Training law firm employees on avoiding sexual harassment situations and reporting sexual harassment;
• Providing practical tips for investigating sexual harassment complaints;

Summarizing and reinforcing important terms and concepts regarding sexual harassment.
