Topic:  Beyond the Lawyer:  Loss Prevention for Administrators & Staff

Using an engaging “game show” format, this program will address issues that administrators and staff often confront in working with lawyers and managing firm practices.  Many of the issues arise directly from lawyers’ obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct, including the rules on competence, confidentiality, and conflicts.  Others arise from good business practices established by the law firm, including new business intake, client evaluation, matter management, and lawyer well-being.
