Topic:                 “Roadmap to Wellness: Promoting Health and Wellbeing in the New Year”

Summary:           This presentation will address common signs and symptoms of stress and professional burnout. We will identify and discuss strategies to keep yourself well and strategies for keeping each other well. We will also discuss strategies that leaders can use to promote resilience within their teams and organizations.

Speaker Bio:      Dr. Anneliese Boettcher received her B.A. in psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She completed her internship at the University of Florida within the neuropsychology track and concluded her training with a 2-year fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. She has worked as a staff neuropsychologist at Ochsner Health since 2018.
